Hands are one of the parts of our body that are always on display to everyone and having beautiful nails and hands is a big step towards becoming an attractive girl. Nails are most prominent parts of our hands and we usually see that women like to have long nails. But if your nails are not good looking or they are dirty every time, then no matter how much you care about your hands and make them beautiful, they look ugly. So if you are ready to make your nails look beautiful, healthy, and shiny and want to make them more attractive towards others, Follow the steps given below.
TRIM YOUR NAILS:
The first things you have to do are thoroughly clean and trim your nails, and make sure that there is no dirt left behind, because dirty nails never glow bright.
KEEP YOUR NAILS HYDRATED:
To keep your nails healthy, it is very important to keep them hydrated.

For this, rub a small amount of petroleum jelly on your skin and surrounding areas of your nails whenever you feel that they are dry and usually before going to bed on a daily basis. Keep a jar of petroleum jelly in your purse, car, and drawer or anywhere you need it, if you are not a fan of petroleum jelly, you can also use castor oil which is very much effective for your cuticle, because it contains vitamin E and is thick. You can also use Olive oil, which works to moisturize your nails.
WEAR RUBBER GLOVES WHILE DOING HOUSEWORKS:
Many household works, starting from gardening to scrubbing washrooms to washing dishes are very harmful to your nails. To protect your nails from the harshness of dirt and chemicals in cleaners, apply vinyl glove whenever it’s work time. For extra softness applies cream before wearing gloves.
TAKE VITAMIN D BIOTIN:
Take 300 micrograms of vitamin D four to six times daily. It is very useful for the strengthening of your nails, because it contains keratin.
DIETARY NOTION:
Add a glass of milk and a hard boiled egg to your daily diet. It increases the blood supply to your nails making rapid growth of your nails. If protein intake is low in your normal dietary intake, your nails become brittle and thin and the rate of growth of your nails slows down.
MASSAGE YOUR NAILS:
To keep your nails strong and shiny, give them a message daily.
AVOID EXCESS OF NAIL POLISH:
Excess use of nail polishes is also a very damaging factor for the health of your nails. If you are a regular user of nail polishes, then you should keep away for a few days to restore the original shine of your nails.
